* Manage the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility through to final account.

* Provide expert cost advice, value engineering, and procurement strategies to clients.

* Oversee tendering, contract administration, and cost control processes.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

* Support business development activities, including bid preparation and presentations.

* Mentor and guide junior members of the cost management team.

* Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.

About You

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

* MRICS qualified (essential).

* Proven experience delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects within commercial or corporate environments.

* Excellent technical knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract management.

* Strong client-facing and communication skills with a consultative approach.

* Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

* Commercially aware with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Proficient in relevant software and digital cost management tools.

What’s on Offer

* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

* Hybrid working model (typically 3 days per week in the London office).

* Opportunity to work on flagship workplace and fit-out projects for blue-chip clients.

* Clear progression path to Director level within a supportive environment.

* Collaborative, inclusive culture focused on professional growth and technical excellence
