General Manager
Opportunity for a General Manager to lead a modern British pub in Bothwell. The venue is celebrated for its stylish interiors, exceptional drinks, and a relaxed yet refined social atmosphere. This is a hands-on leadership role for a candidate who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for hospitality. The General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, drive performance and lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.,
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, staffing, and standards.
- Lead, train, and develop the management and front-of-house team.
- Drive sales and profitability through exceptional service and promotions.
- Manage budgets, costs, and stock to achieve financial targets.
- Uphold all operational, financial, and brand standards. Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium bar, pub, or restaurant.
- Strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial mindset focused on growth and guest experience.
