Area to be covered: London

Remuneration: £45,000-£60,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Design Manager – Acoustic Solutions / Architectural Products
will involve:

* Design Manager position promoting a manufactured range of architectural products such as: acoustics systems and wall, ceiling panel solutions and solar shading

* Lead and coordinate the design process on fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion

* You will be the glue between the construction & architectural teams

* Immerse yourself in the project lifecycle, liaising with Architects and relevant customers

* Evaluating the scope a project accurately from tender drawings and recognize any Develop and design solutions for technical challenges that may arise with the product, installation, custom parts or supporting products

* Liaise with the product design team and production team on the design and making of specials solutions

* Supporting the external sales team when on client visits

* Dealing with architects, interior designers, consultants, end users and contractors

* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders

The ideal applicant will be a Design Manager – Acoustic Solutions / Architectural Products
with:

* Must have experience within an aligned industry such as: acoustics, suspending ceiling, wall panels, partitioning systems, fabrics, architectural products

* Must be an advanced user of Auto CAD and able to read technical drawings

* Ideally SolidWorks experience however not essential

* 3-dimensional thinker with the ability to translate onto 2D formats

* Must have strong technical product understanding

* Consultative in approach/ relationship builder
