Creative Services Manager - LDN
We’re looking for a Creative Services Manager who can keep our London studio running at full creative power. You’ll be the one orchestrating the flow of projects and people – making sure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
- Do you have experience in creative services or resourcing in a fast-moving creative agency environment?
- Do you thrive on organisation and detail – while keeping a cool head under pressure?
- Are you a confident communicator who knows how to bring teams together?
If that’s a yes, let’s talk.
ABOUT US:
• 400+ strong global brand agency
• 100% independent
• 27 years young
• 8 studios around the world
Bulletproof is a creative powerhouse run by creatives—a place where liked-minded individuals come together to deliver brilliant ideas. Truly independent, we pride ourselves on shunning convention and getting sh*t done; above all, we march to the beat of our own drum. You don’t need a degree to get a job at Bulletproof: we choose talent over title and seek people with energy, passion and soul.
As a team, we blur the lines between branding, content, digital, film, innovation and packaging; all the while bringing our clients the very best of the best.
At Bulletproof we have three core beliefs:
GREAT IDEAS CHANGE THE WORLD...
We believe in the power of design to influence human behaviour, affect change and pierce conventions.
PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE...
That true collaborative spirit creates a compelling, infectious energy that delivers outstanding commercial results.
STAY NAÏVE…
We believe naivety keeps you relentlessly curious, open to possibilities and leads to purer, more interesting and uncharted solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Overview:
You’ll keep the pulse of our business beating – making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. It’s about clarity, momentum, and smart commercial thinking.
Sitting at the heart of delivery, you’ll connect Client Services, Project Management, Creative and our specialist teams. You’ll turn demand into structured, achievable plans – balancing bold creative ambition with the realities of time, skills and capacity.
You’ll bring order to complexity: managing short-term pressures while shaping long-term visibility of resource needs. Spotting risks before they hit, fixing clashes fast, and keeping work moving – always without compromising on quality.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day-to-day allocation of creative resource across all live and upcoming projects
- Maintain an accurate, live view of workload, capacity and utilisation
- Run weekly resource planning sessions and continuously adjust based on changing priorities
- Identify and resolve resourcing conflicts before they impact delivery
- Work closely with Client Services to align resource plans to budgets and timelines
- Track freelance requirements, manage bookings and control associated costs
- Ensure all work is correctly scheduled, communicated and visible to stakeholders
- Support forecasting by identifying upcoming gaps, risks and capacity issues
- Build and maintain a strong freelance and supplier network
