A prestigious Independent school in Islington is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. You will lead the site team in maintaining a historic, high-spec campus, ensuring all facilities meet the rigorous standards expected of a world-class institution. This is a strategic role requiring a deep understanding of long-term estate management, budget oversight, and statutory compliance.

Requirements
Essential: Significant previous experience in school premises management or facilities leadership.
Essential: Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (IOSH/NEBOSH qualification preferred).
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ).
Experience in managing third-party contractors and significant capital projects.
Salary and Benefits
Full-time, permanent contract.
Salary Range: £42,000 – £50,000 (Inner London Scale).
Benefits include extended school holidays, on-site parking, and complimentary lunch.
