A high-achieving girls’ secondary school in Haringey is seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join its busy school office with an ASAP start.
This is a full-time role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school’s administrative functions. The position will involve working closely with the wider office team while also supporting reception and front-of-house duties when required.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the school office with a range of administrative duties while ensuring communication with staff, students, and parents is handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
Using SIMS to manage student data and administrative records
Providing general administrative support within the school office
Covering reception duties when required, including greeting visitors and handling calls
Supporting staff with documentation, data entry, and school systems
Assisting with general school administration and office organisation
