Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holding duties, locking/unlocking premises, and monitoring access points.
- Maintenance: Undertaking minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, decorating) and general DIY tasks.
- Cleaning & Presentation: Ensuring grounds and buildings are clean, tidy, and fit for purpose, particularly during periods of high demand.
Essential Requirements & Benefits
- Candidate Profile: Proven reliable background, good communication skills, and demonstrated ability to undertake basic maintenance and repairs.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, dependent on experience (ranging from £24,000 – £28,000).
