Physics Tutor (3 Days Per Week) | Camden | Permanent Post
A highly successful independent college in Camden is seeking an articulate and inspiring Physics Tutor for a permanent, part-time post. Working 3 days per week, this position involves delivering high-quality Physics tuition across GCSE and A-Level cohorts. You will work with small, focused groups of students, breaking down complex engineering, mechanical, and mathematical concepts step-by-step to maximize their exam performance and practical understanding.
The School Culture Founded in the late 1970s, this Hampstead-based college provides a unique, highly scholarly, and vibrant environment for around 200 students aged 13–19. While celebrated for its rich portfolio, arts, and humanities provisions, the college maintains exceptional academic standards, recently securing 45% A*/A at A-Level and over 40% grades 9–7 at GCSE. Led by an experienced Principal and Head, the college operates on a foundation of professional trust, offering an autonomous, mature, and highly productive workspace.
Requirements * Essential: A strong degree in Physics, Engineering, or a highly related STEM discipline.
Essential: Direct previous experience tutoring or teaching the UK GCSE and A-Level Physics curriculum is a must.
