Relationship Manager - Estates & Projects - Sub Board Team A Relationship Manager will bring their experience from another firm with an aptitude and motivation to bring their foundation of experience to bare and to improve their approach to recruitment and work in a more autonomous and aspirational environment. They will show the aptitude to develop and grow their own desk within the business and drive earning potential by applying a quality and values driven business model with a high degree of motivation. Key activities include: Mapping the market opportunity within your given specialism and geographic focus. Ongoing and proactive development of candidate verticals with new talent. Undertaking due diligence reference calls, logging notes and converting calls to meetings where appropriate. Taking a client brief and running the full process through to delivery, fee negotiation and contract set up, as well as post placement relationship management. Ongoing and proactive booking of business development meetings and subsequent realisation of commercial opportunities from meetings. Recording of all job, placement, business development and candidate activities on our CRM system. Developing a business plan for your desk and executing a strategy that is tailored to your market drivers Details for the role/candidate: Full 360 recruitment Ideally estates experience or healthcare experience NHS background Interim or Perm The role will become national Large growth in market Knowledge from market leader - Kevin Hogan - best estates recruiter in the NHS
