Position Overview
We have an opportunity for a Business Central Development Team Lead to join our Professional Services business. In this role, you will manage and coach a team of developers alongside working on a variety of different client projects. This is a subject matter expert role that would suit someone who wants to have leadership responsibility of a team.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £80,000 and £100,000 a year , depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coaching a team of developers

• Defining scope of works, cost estimates, and delivery schedules

• Developing and supporting new and existing customisations

• Creating multi-tenant capable solutions

• Debugging BC and NAV issues both on-premise and within the cloud

• Ensuring utilisation, billable and non-billable hours are logged and tracked

• Working on multiple, concurrent projects

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Professional technical experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential)

• Excellent experience with git-based source control systems (Azure DevOps, Github, etc)

• Technical experience of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and SSRS

• Experience of third-party ISVs

The following criteria is desirable, but not essential to apply:

• Experience of working in a professional services setting

• Experience of working in a Microsoft Partner

• Prior leadership experience
