Business Central Development Team Lead
Position OverviewWe have an opportunity for a Business Central Development Team Lead to join our Professional Services business. In this role, you will manage and coach a team of developers alongside working on a variety of different client projects. This is a subject matter expert role that would suit someone who wants to have leadership responsibility of a team.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £80,000 and £100,000 a year , depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and coaching a team of developers
Defining scope of works, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
Developing and supporting new and existing customisations
Creating multi-tenant capable solutions
Debugging BC and NAV issues both on-premise and within the cloud
Ensuring utilisation, billable and non-billable hours are logged and tracked
Working on multiple, concurrent projects
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Professional technical experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential)
Excellent experience with git-based source control systems (Azure DevOps, Github, etc)
Technical experience of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and SSRS
Experience of third-party ISVs
The following criteria is desirable, but not essential to apply:
Experience of working in a professional services setting
Experience of working in a Microsoft Partner
Prior leadership experience
