Temporary Administrator/Receptionist
Are you people focused with exceptional communication skills and a flair for customer service? Do you have proven admin skills gained in a commercial reception post?
We’re looking for a fantastic and highly organised Temporary Front of House Administrator to join one of our most valued clients based in Fitzrovia on an immediate temporary basis.
The assignment will start next week and will be ongoing until Christmas, five days per week. After the Christmas break, the role will reduce to three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The role will be varied and will cover all reception duties alongside some general administration and facilities support. The working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm (45 minutes unpaid lunch) - you may need to be flexible occasionally depending on how busy things are.

Temporary Front of House Administrator Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for all guests
- Answering the phone and directing enquiries as necessary
- Handling the post and any incoming deliveries
- Dealing with catering arrangements and room bookings
- Acting as the point of contact for facilities issues
- Arranging meetings and coordinating rooms
- Booking transport
- Setting up events
- Assisting with inductions
- Email and diary management

Temporary Front of House Administrator Experience
- Proven experience within a commercial reception and administration post
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of staff and external contacts
- Expert organisational and prioritising skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the full MS Office suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and accountability
- Professional and well- presented
Location
Our client is based in Fitzrovia. Please ensure you can reliably commute to the office.
