Build diverse talent pipelines
Proactively engage talent from a wide range of backgrounds, helping Insight grow a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

Assess and qualify candidates
Evaluate experience, technical capabilities, interest level, communication skills, and cultural alignment across different markets and languages.

Own data accuracy & compliance
Maintain clean and compliant candidate data within our ATS, ensuring alignment with regional data privacy standards.

Communicate across a global team
Provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers, delivering insights on pipelines, market challenges, and sourcing progress.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of deep sourcing experience using advanced research techniques and tools
  • A proven track record identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
  • Experience sourcing global and multi-time-zone roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and regions
  • A polished ability to represent the company brand and roles positively to candidates
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and sense of urgency
