A large boys’ secondary school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced and reliable Caretaker to join their premises and facilities team.

Role Responsibilities
• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and site upkeep.
• Open and lock the school site, ensuring security at all times.
• Support with health and safety checks and statutory compliance tasks.
• Assist with setting up rooms for events, exams, and assemblies.
• Monitor cleaning standards and liaise with contractors when required.
Requirements
• Previous experience in maintenance or caretaking.
• Good understanding of basic repairs, site security, and H&S procedures.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
