✨ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a positive customer experience

• Welcome customers and build a natural, trust-based relationship

• Understand their needs and provide clear, tailored advice

• Share your knowledge of our products in a simple and accessible way

• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Support store operations

• Keep the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with brand standards

• Support stock management and replenishment

• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store

Work as part of a team

• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive environment

• Share feedback and learn from others

• Take part in training and continue developing your knowledge

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• An interest in natural beauty, wellbeing or customer care

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles

• Clear communication skills and confidence in supporting customers

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Attention to detail and reliability

Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus, but not essential.
