Education Recruitment Team Leader - London

This Team Leader position has been newly created due to the current team becoming too large for one manager to effectively manage by themselves, so the team has been split into specific more manageable pods.

This team you will manage consists of 4 trainee consultants who will run Primary desks and an experienced SEN consultant

Three of the Primary consultants will have gone through an intense 6 weeks training programme at the agency’s academy with the fourth Primary consultant being promoted from a resourcer

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on training and development of your team.

You will need to be somebody that enjoys teaching and mentoring people at the same time able to demonstrate how to do the job as a recruitment consultant by running a small desk yourself.

You will earn 12% commission on your own desk no threshold and a team commission override on all business your team generates.

This will be working in a large office with which shared with, International teams, compliance, HR and senior sales teams.

You will be given a great deal of freedom to run your team, KPI’s are used with diligence and adaptive to each specific person in your team.

This role would be ideal for somebody that is currently a Senior Consultant who would like to take a step up in their career or an existing Team Leader or Manager that has experience in leading and developing a small sales team.

Currently based in North London there is a planned office move later in the year to a more centralised which will allow for further growth.
