Finance Assistant | Westminster (Inner London)
We are excited to be working with a prestigious Independent school in Westminster to recruit a high-calibre Finance Assistant. This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful bursary team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for professional excellence who can contribute to the development of consistently outstanding quality in school financial operations, including fee billing and purchase ledgers.

Responsibilities
Manage the purchase ledger and process high-calibre invoices with precision
Support the School Bursar in maintaining an outstanding quality of financial reporting
Assist with the collection of school fees and maintain meticulous student accounts
Collaborate with the administrative faculty to ensure high standards of compliance
Participate in a strong culture of professional development
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (school experience highly desirable)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, FMS, or Xero)
Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of professional conduct
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £32,000 – £38,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate )
Full-time, permanent position in a prime Central London location
