Now Hiring: Night Warehouse Operatives - Park Royal

Join a fast-paced, growing operation in Park Royal! We're looking for fully flexible Night Warehouse Operatives to support our client's busy night shift.

Shift Pattern:

4 ON / 4 OFF

8 PM - 8 AM (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rate:

£13.50 to £14.00 per hour - weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing As Night Warehouse Operatives:

• Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with precision and care
• Working efficiently in a busy, fast-moving warehouse environment
• Standing, walking, and staying active for the full shift
• Following strict hygiene and safety procedures
• Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to achieve nightly goals

✔️ Requirements:

• Fully flexible and able to commit to 12-hour night shifts (4 on / 4 off)
• Comfortable with physical work and long periods of movement
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

Progression Path:

• Become a Trained Operative
• Earn an extra £0.50 per hour (increasing your rate to £14.00/hr )
• Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles
