Your Role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children in Nursery or Reception within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Assist with phonics, early maths and communication development.
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Provide 1:1 support where required, including supporting children with additional needs.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will be patient, energetic and passionate about supporting children at the beginning of their education.

We're Looking For in an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or within a Nursery/Reception setting.
• A caring and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A dedicated and reliable Early Years Teaching Assistant ready to make a positive impact.
