Youth Support Worker (Flexible Shifts)

- Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- At least 6 months of UK-based experience working with children or young people within the last 5 years
- SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
- Experience supporting children or young people with a range of needs in a professional care or support setting
- A satisfactory PVG check with Children's workforce eligibility
- A passion for delivering high-quality support with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork, We cannot offer visa sponsorship - you must already have the right to work in the UK
- We cannot accept overseas experience alone - relevant UK-based experience is essential
- This role is for a Child Day Centre, so previous experience supporting children or young people is highly important
- Pay rates vary by shift - the advertised range covers standard day shifts up to bank holiday rates
