1# About the Role
At Thérapie Clinic, we’ve been enhancing confidence and empowering lives for over 20 years. With over 80 clinics across the UK, Ireland, and the USA, we’re proud to be Europe’s No.1 provider of aesthetic treatments. Our mission is simple: to make advanced, effective treatments accessible to everyone. When you join our team, you’re not just starting a job – you’re building a career. We offer a fulfilling and rewarding environment, with opportunities for growth, development, and long-term success. Join us and Do your best work at Thérapie!
We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Clinic Manager within our new Accelerator Team, a unique position that allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, challenges, and influence. Unlike a traditional Clinic Manager role, you won’t be located in a single clinic. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture across various clinics.
3# Key Responsibilities
Ensure all team members deliver exceptional, 5-star client service.
Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the business.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.
4# Qualifications and Skills
Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience mentoring and developing teams.
Excellent customer service and management skills.
An eye for driving sales and seeking out new commercial opportunities.
