The role:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, organised, and people-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People & Culture team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, identify, and onboard exceptional talent to support our growing global business.
Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from crafting compelling job adverts to coordinating interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey.
Proactively source and build talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Create and post job adverts across various platforms to attract the right candidates.
Screen and shortlist applications, schedule interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and compliant records in our applicant tracking systems (TeamTailor/Rippling).
Support onboarding to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on recruitment needs.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing This is Beyond at events and across digital platforms.
Research and implement recruitment process improvements and value-add projects.
Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously elevate our approach.
What you’ll bring:
At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’re a natural relationship builder.
Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (TeamTailor, Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
A passion for culture, inclusion, and creating a great candidate and team experience.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
