We are recruiting a skilled SEN TA for a supportive school in Bromley. This SEN TA role starts January 2026, with induction and preparation scheduled before January 2026 to ensure confidence and continuity. The SEN TA will work across the school supporting pupils with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD and communication needs.

About the role
The SEN TA will support pupils both in class and through structured interventions. The SEN TA will work closely with teachers to adapt tasks, support behaviour strategies and ensure pupils remain engaged. Based in Bromley, the SEN TA will contribute to a calm and inclusive learning environment and attend regular review meetings.
Key responsibilities
Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
Support lesson delivery through scaffolding and differentiation.
Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO.
Promote inclusion and independence throughout the Bromley school.
Person specification
Previous SEN TA or relevant support experience.
Knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive practice.
Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
Available to start January 2026 and complete induction prior to January 2026.
