Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Create a positive classroom culture where all children feel safe, motivated, and inspired to learn
- Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform teaching
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, events, and enrichment activities

Year 5 Teacher Requirements

- A reflective practitioner with a passion for high-quality teaching and learning
