Salary: c.£45,000

The role

We’re hiring an Operations Manager with a strong supply chain focus to help power the next stage of growth. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end operational delivery - keeping product flowing, service levels high, costs controlled, and reporting sharp - so the commercial team can scale with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory and supply planning across multiple sales channels and markets including our direct to consumer shopify site, Amazon and wholesale partners.

• Manage 3PL providers fulfilment performance and improve service levels / delivery experience

• Drive cost efficiencies across freight, packaging and logistics

• Oversee quality and compliance , including product standards and import/export basics (e.g., tariff codes)

• Build and maintain weekly operational reporting (availability, inbound/outbound, inventory health, risks)

• Partner with Marketing/Commercial/Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning

• Help refine operational processes and build scalable ways of working

• Join a weekly customer service rotation to stay close to customer experience and pain points

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrable experience in operations / supply chain / commercial ops (eCommerce ideal)

• Confident with Excel and numbers , able to translate data into actions and priorities

• Commercially astute with a growth mindset

• Experience managing external partners (3PLs, suppliers) and keeping projects moving

• Practical, proactive, and improvement-driven, someone who spots issues early and fixes root causes

• Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment (hands-on, sleeves rolled up)
