Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant - London - Warm desk

This opportunity is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a large and successful Secondary desk. You would be working alongside 2 other experienced Recruiters on this particular desk which covers East and North London. Due to the size of the desk a lot of your time will be spent servicing existing clients, however, there will also be scope to develop your business further by attracting new clients.

Initially, your time will be spent getting to know your schools, speaking with existing clients and making trips out to meet them. This will give you a good insight into each school and will allow you to continue to provide the high level of service that they currently receive. You will also spend time getting to know your candidates, both those that are currently working for you in school placements and those who are seeking work.

An integral part of this role is providing excellent service to the already loyal and long-standing clients so you will need to be very organised, caring and a good listener and communicator.

This role involves sourcing Teachers and Support Staff, ensuring that they are fully compliant to work and that all quality checks and references have been carried out. It will also involve building relationships with existing clients as well as developing relationships with new ones in order to grow the business further.

You will be working for a company that has been established for 20 years, is growing and has other branches throughout the UK. The team is small and friendly and the office is modern and conveniently located. Staff turnover is very low as people like to work there. This role has come about due to expansion.

The company offer a competitive basic salary depending on your level of experience and have a generous commission scheme which, as you would be starting on a warm desk you would benefit from straight away.
