London Borough of Lewisham’s Housing Needs Service is looking for a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
- Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
- Reduce void back log.
- Draft SoW’s using the relevant SoR codes.
- Act as a point of contact between different departments.
- Excellent IT skills for presenting
