Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital| Wimbledon, London SW10 5NX| Radiology Reception | Permanent | Full time |37.5 hours per week| Shifts are from 7.45am -15.45pm or 12:00pm- 20:00pm weekdays and 8:00am-13:00pm on Saturday as part of rotation

Making a great first impression is really important. That’s why we need the right person to join us and help greet our visitors to the hospital. What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.

As a Receptionist in our Radiology department at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you’ll bring excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will be flexible, motivated and show empathy and initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Receptionist, you will:

· Support the smooth running of our main reception

· Help us create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment

· Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital guiding patients to where they need to be

· Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way and make sure everyone feels valued
