Key Responsibilities
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
Maintaining hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, and classroom devices.
Supporting network systems, software updates, and Wi-Fi functionality.
Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
Assisting with IT asset management and system improvements.
Requirements
Experience in an IT support role, ideally in an educational environment.
Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Calm, professional manner and strong customer-service mindset.
