We’re currently looking for a Senior Production Manager in London to lead technical delivery across high-profile experiential, installation and spatial projects within a design-led environment.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep production expertise with strong commercial awareness, capable of translating ambitious creative ideas into technically exceptional real-world experiences.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a highly respected creative studio delivering large-scale experiential projects, installations and immersive environments for globally recognised luxury and lifestyle clients.

Known for ambitious creative thinking and exceptional execution, the business works at the intersection of design, production and
technical innovation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring complex ideas are delivered to the highest standards across fabrication,
build and installation.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative, project and technical teams from early-stage concept development through to final delivery, helping shape how technically ambitious projects are approached and executed.

The Role

As a Senior Production Manager, you will oversee technical production across multiple large-scale projects, ensuring creative ambition is matched by technical feasibility and operational excellence.

You’ll manage suppliers, contractors, fabrication partners and production teams while maintaining oversight of budgets, technical specifications and installation delivery.

This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex production challenges, leading teams and delivering premium-quality work within fast-paced environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead technical production across experiential, installation and spatial projects
  • Translate creative concepts into technically deliverable solutions
  • Manage production timelines, fabrication and installation schedules
  • Oversee supplier, contractor and specialist partner relationships
  • Manage production budgets and commercial delivery across projects
  • Review drawings, technical specifications and fabrication details
  • Work closely with the creative and project teams throughout delivery
  • Support feasibility planning during concept and pitch stages
  • Ensure compliance across health & safety, permits and operational requirements
  • Mentor and support junior production team members

Key Skills

  • Strong production management experience within experiential, installations or live environments
  • Understanding of fabrication, scenic production and technical delivery
  • Experience managing large-scale production budgets
  • Strong technical literacy across drawings, build specs and installation requirements
  • Knowledge of AV, lighting, rigging and infrastructure delivery
  • Strong supplier and contractor management experience
  • Commercial awareness and operational problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
