The Role: Internal Account Manager
Join an established team and take on a pivotal role in managing diverse, high-profile accounts. As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll engage clients, and drive business development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Client Directors on day-to-day account management.
- Maintain database intelligence within the CRM system to enhance client relationships.
- Execute outbound calling and email campaigns to drive portfolio growth.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities within their product/service portfolio.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in IT sector account management preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with good time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
- Benefits: generous holiday allowance, private healthcare, career development plans, and more.
Working Hours and Location:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 – 1730
- Location: London City office, with hybrid working options post-probation.
