SEN TA - Redbridge
Are you an enthusiastic SEN TA looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? A welcoming primary school in Redbridge is seeking a committed SEN TA to join their supportive team from January 2026.
This SEN TA role in Redbridge will begin in January 2026, with full induction and training arranged prior to January 2026. The SEN TA will provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.
As a SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help children develop confidence and independence. The SEN TA will be a valued member of the Redbridge team, contributing to a calm, structured learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and small-group support
- Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
- Support social and emotional development
- Help manage classroom behaviour positively
- Maintain accurate progress records
Ideal candidate
- Experience working with pupils with additional needs
- Calm, consistent and compassionate approach
- Available for January 2026
