Role: Geography Teacher (with Leadership Responsibility)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hillingdon, West London (Excellent transport links via the Elizabeth Line and M4/M40)
Curriculum: Geography across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level).
Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS + £5,000 TLR payment .
The Opportunity

The £5,000 TLR is available for the right candidate to lead a specific departmental priority. Depending on your experience and interests, this could include Key Stage 3 Curriculum Lead , Fieldwork Coordinator , or Lead Teacher for Pupil Premium Attainment . You will have the autonomy to shape the curriculum and mentor other staff members, making a school-wide impact on student outcomes.

We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A specialist degree in Geography or a related Environmental Science field.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons that prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success .
Leadership Ambition: Someone ready to take on the additional responsibilities associated with a £5k TLR.
A commitment to high-quality fieldwork and an ability to make the subject relevant to 21st-century challenges.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to departmental growth.
