A lovely Monaco-based family is seeking a professional Full-time Live-in International Nanny to care for their 1-year-old boy. The family spends around 70% of their time in Monaco and the rest of the year in London.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and will have strong experience caring for one-year-olds. Someone discreet, respectful of the family’s privacy, and confident reading the room would be ideal for this role. Formal childcare qualifications or Montessori knowledge would be highly desirable.

The nanny will be responsible for all standard nursery and nanny duties. The role will operate on a 24-hour on-call schedule, with the nanny sleeping in the baby’s en-suite room when on duty. Dedicated time off will be given during the day, along with one full day off each week.

In London, the nanny will work within a fully staffed household, so no cooking or baby-related housekeeping will be required. In Monaco, the household has a cleaner, so duties will include child-related housekeeping, managing the baby’s laundry, ironing his clothes, keeping the nursery tidy, and preparing his daily meals.

The candidate will have a private bedroom provided in both locations for nights and days off. Travel will mainly be between Monaco, London, and Europe. An EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours: 24/6 on-call schedule, with dedicated time off during the day and one full day off each week

Duties include:

• ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and development
• sleeping in the baby’s en-suite room when on duty
• maintaining a calm, discreet, and professional presence
• managing the baby’s laundry in Monaco
• ironing the baby’s clothes in Monaco
• keeping the nursery tidy in Monaco
• preparing daily meals for the baby in Monaco
• working within a fully staffed household in London
• travelling between Monaco, London, and Europe when required
• respecting the family’s privacy at all times

The family is looking for someone who can start on 1 October 2026.
