Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the school site and facilities

• Opening and closing the school buildings

• Health & safety compliance, risk assessments and security

• Overseeing contractors and site maintenance schedules

• Carrying out basic repairs, maintenance and grounds work

• Supporting events, lettings and emergency call-outs when required

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager

• Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures

• Practical maintenance and DIY skills

• Ability to manage workload independently and proactively

• Good communication skills and a professional approach

Salary

Paid in line with the support staff pay scale , dependent on experience.
