Governess-Governor
• Instilling values of calmness, respect, good manners, and independence
• Encouraging and motivating the children in their sporting activities
• Acting as a positive and firm role model who the children genuinely admire
• Working collaboratively and professionally alongside the existing governor
• Travelling with the family during school holidays on a rotational basis
• Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and respect for the family’s privacy ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • Full, clean driving licence
• Strong knowledge of the British school system
• Previous experience working with girls in a governed or managed family setting
• Exceptional ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure
• Highly structured, organised, and trustworthy DESIRABLE • Qualified Teacher Status
• Second language — Spanish or French
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
