Early Years Practitioner in Hampstead
Calling all Early Years Practitioners in Hampstead!
This welcoming and bright nursery in Hampstead is currently looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner who holds a relevant qualification to join the team, starting ASAP!
At least a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is required for this role.
This nursery has a home from home atmosphere for the children, and with supportive management who have a clear vision for staff progression, this is a great place for any Early Years Practitioner to work. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be committed to and passionate about Early Years Education, which is important for this nursery who are focused on building children's confidence and independence from an early age.
Working full time, you will:
- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment
- Be a strong communicator - collaborating and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians
- Provide an environment that encourages development through play and exploration
- Assist with early reading and early maths skills
- Carry out observations
- Plan activities
- Have previous experience working in a nursery or a childcare setting
- Be knowledgeable of EYFS and child development
- Encourage child-led learning
- Have a positive attitude and passion towards working with children
This Early Years Practitioner role is a permanent and full-time (Monday-Friday) position to work 40 hours a week starting ASAP, with a competitive salary from £26k-£30k per annum
