We are seeking an experienced and target driven Senior Account Manager to join our innovative and forward thinking team and drive our client growth while mentoring the team.
How to make an impact
Manage a diverse account portfolio, fostering strong client relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to enhance service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and campaign objectives.
Provide regular performance updates to internal management.
Work closely with Finance to monitor revenue performance and financial metrics.
Maintain exceptional client relations and deliver strategic insights for growth.
Act as the primary contact for account-related issues, leading problem resolution.
Mentor team members and contribute to account management strategies.
About you - Your background
Experience: 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with a proven track record in managing high-value clients and achieving revenue growth.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues.
Relationship Building: Ability to build trust through clear communication and delivering on commitments.
Multi-tasking: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client deliverables.
Innovation: Passion for business growth and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools, IT systems, and Microsoft Office.
Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay focused.
This role is based in London.
