Receptionist - Boutique VC Firm
We are very excited to be working on a fabulous new Receptionist role for a highly successful boutique finance firm. Based out of their newly refurbished West End offices, you will be joining a young, friendly, and collaborative team of around 30ppl. We are looking for a Receptionist with 2-3 years’ experience, who has a can-do attitude and is confident at working as part of a team. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has a highly service orientated approach and who is looking for a Receptionist role they can really make their own. This Receptionist role would suit a polished and professional candidate who is approachable with a positive energy, and excellent relationship building skills. Typical Receptionist duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting Investors/Clients
- Phone management
- Organising office lunches for the team
- Meeting room schedule management
- Assisting the EA team with certain tasks
- Processing expenses and receipts
This role is 5 days office based, with core working hours of 9am – 6pm. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, discretionary bonus, health insurance, pension.
