Creative Marketing Executive - Cocoa Canopy

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to grow with us. This is for someone who’s full of ideas, has great taste, and wants to build a brand people genuinely love. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and team, helping shape how Cocoa Canopy shows up across social, email, events, and beyond.

The Role

You’ll help us build brand love and community across every touchpoint.

Email Marketing

• Bring your copywriting and eye for design together

• Tell visual stories that feel personal, warm and genuinely exciting

Influencer & UGC

• Identify creators who truly fit our world

• Write thoughtful briefs (no generic gifting blasts)

• Build relationships, not transactions

• Help grow our community

Social Media

• Content planning and creation

• Engage with our audience daily

• Spot trends early and translate them in a way that feels us

Content Creation

• Assist on shoots and help bring ideas to life

• Support storytelling across website, paid, email and social

Events

• Be part of trade shows, festivals and sampling days

• Confidently represent the brand

• Help create moments people want to post about

Collaboration

• Work closely with our Sales team to support trade marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with freelancers (designers, photographers, videographers, PR)

• Help align messaging across DTC and Trade

• Be comfortable communicating across teams to keep projects moving

Who we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing / social / brand role

• Naturally creative with strong visual taste

• Obsessed with good branding

• Comfortable writing social captions and ad copy

• Organised and proactive

• Confident talking to customers face-to-face

• Comfortable working with different stakeholders

• Excited by start-up energy (you’ll wear a few hats)

Bonus points

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar)

• Basic video editing skills

• Experience working with creators or influencers

• Interest in coffee, chocolate, or hospitality culture

Work & perks

• Hybrid working (Holborn office, minimum 2–3 days per week)

• 24 days holiday + bank holidays

• £25,000–£35,000 depending on experience

• A lot of chocolate (obviously)
