Team and Role Overview

Our team is at the forefront of digital asset innovation, creating robust, scalable and compliant solutions that will set new industry standards. We are a dynamic group of highly motivated individuals pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the financial technology space.

You will be a pivotal member of the core team developing solutions for Citi Token Services. This role will be instrumental in defining, developing, and launching cutting-edge products and services within the rapidly evolving digital assets and blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product management principles, a deep passion for digital assets, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies.

What you'll do

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:  Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset products, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
  • Product Development Lifecycle:  Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, definition, design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Requirements Gathering:  Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:  Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicating product updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Market Analysis & Insights:  Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital asset space (e.g., cryptocurrencies, NFTs, tokenization, DeFi) to inform product decisions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:  Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Performance Monitoring:  Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Risk & Compliance:  Ensure all digital asset products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

What we'll need from you

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Digital Assets Product Manager who thrives on developing enterprise-grade solutions. You will be instrumental in delivering digital asset initiatives with Liquidity Management Services.

  • Relevant experience in product management with at least 5 years in developing blockchain solutions focused on digital assets, blockchain products.
  • Product management within financial industry with strong focus on cash management including Liquidity management and Payments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and various digital asset classes (e.g., Ethereum, tokenised deposits stablecoins).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated of strong understanding regulatory and compliance framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain a holistic and challenging view of processes and procedures, with a focus on risk mitigation, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Proven track record in leading, motivating and influencing diverse audiences and senior stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
