The Opportunity

You will focus on building confidence in KS3 and delivering rigorous practical and written components for the GCSE specification.
ECT Induction & Support
Expertise: Mentorship from an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication, devising techniques, and script analysis for KS3/4.
Resources: Constant support from a dedicated full-time Drama Technician to assist with lighting, sound, and set design for all practical assessments and productions.
Network: Collaborative planning sessions across the wider creative arts faculty, fostering cross-curricular links with Music and the Digital Arts.
Requirements & Salary
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
