We are looking for a General Manager to join us at a wonderful B&I site for a media client based in Hammersmith. Location: Hammersmith - W6 9PE Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities:- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
- Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 20 team members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
- Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
