What Were Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
• Proven experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager in a childcare setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS frameworks and child development principles
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to children

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the baby room delivering exceptional care and education in line with EYFS standards.
• Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations staff management and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the nursery team fostering a culture of learning growth and collaboration.
• Ensure all safeguarding health and safety policies are implemented and upheld.
• Maintain strong communication with parents building lasting trusting relationships.
• Monitor developmental progress and plan engaging age-appropriate activities.
