What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
- Proven experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager in a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS frameworks and child development principles
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to children

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the baby room delivering exceptional care and education in line with EYFS standards.
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations staff management and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and develop the nursery team fostering a culture of learning growth and collaboration.
- Ensure all safeguarding health and safety policies are implemented and upheld.
- Maintain strong communication with parents building lasting trusting relationships.
- Monitor developmental progress and plan engaging age-appropriate activities.
