Executive Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Desktop Support Technician to deliver exceptional, “white glove” technical support to senior executives (of a Global Organisation) and their families. Acting as the primary point of contact for all technology-related issues, this person will ensure a seamless and proactive IT experience across devices, locations, and systems. The role requires discretion, efficiency, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships and technical challenges in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on support for a range of technologies, including computers, mobile devices, and home AV/IT systems, while serving as a trusted liaison between executives and the wider IT organisation. They will take ownership of incident resolution from start to finish, communicate technical issues clearly and effectively, and maintain a strong awareness of emerging tools and solutions. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, as the role involves occasional travel, on-site visits, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
We are looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and strong technical expertise across both Mac and PC environments. Experience supporting senior leaders or high-profile clients is highly desirable, as is a polished, professional approach and a commitment to confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a proactive partner who takes pride in delivering best-in-class service.
