Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor

I’m working with a highly respected, forward-thinking law firm that is looking to add an experienced Solicitor (5+ PQE) to its established Contentious Trust & Probate team.
The practice has continued to grow year after year, and this new hire will support the Head of Contentious Private Client on a broad caseload of high-quality disputes. The work will include:
- Contentious trust and probate matters
- Will disputes
- Executor and trustee removal claims
- Claims under the Inheritance Act
- Opportunities to assist on contentious Court of Protection matters
Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships are key.
