The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects

Provide 1:1 and small group support, including for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Gain valuable experience to strengthen future teacher training applications

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for graduates who are:

Passionate about education and eager to make a difference

Experienced in working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, coaching, youth work or volunteering)

Proactive, flexible, and confident in supporting students in a classroom setting

Interested in pursuing a career in teaching or education
