Real Estate Deals Tax Opportunity - Market Leading Team
An opportunity is open to ambitious professionals across the UK. This role is part of the Real Estate & Credit Tax division within the Deals Tax team, where collaboration, innovation and meaningful impact are at the core of the work.
The team offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex assignments with prestigious clients, ranging from sovereign wealth funds to private equity and pension funds. The work focuses on advising on a variety of direct and indirect real estate transactions, providing unique learning and career growth opportunities.
The role involves leading projects as the overall deal architect, guiding them from inception to successful delivery. Senior Managers in the team build strong client relationships by understanding their priorities and offering tailored tax advice. They also invest in coaching and mentoring team members, setting high standards of collaboration and helping others grow. Additionally, they collaborate with directors and partners to identify new opportunities and effectively manage project risks.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience advising on UK corporate tax or working on real estate projects for key clients. Candidates should have a strong track record of leading teams, excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. An accounting or tax qualification (or equivalent experience), including international expertise, is required.
