Business & Private PA to CEO - Family Office
We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Operations Manager & Business Assistant for a growing, international luxury design studio.
With offices in London and Miami, the studio has earned a global reputation for delivering high-end design projects and is now seeking to expand into luxury retail and bespoke homewares as it approaches it’s 10 year birthday.
As Business Assistant you will be focused on supporting an inspirational Founder/CEO (80% of the time) who divides her time between London and Milan, but also supporting the Design Director and wider team, as capacity allows. This is a broad and dynamic role offering exposure to the strategic and creative side of the business.
Based 5 days a week from the office (approximately 20 staff) near Chelsea Wharf (Design Centre), key responsibilities for this varied and hands-on role will include:
- Executive Assistant duties for the Founder & Design Director
- Business administration
- HR coordination
- Oversight of day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Office Manager
- Marketing support
- Events and project management
The ideal candidate will have strong EA and operational experience, used to working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with a passion for design. Someone who is adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing diverse responsibilities spanning HR, marketing, and event management.
