Biller
- Review, prepare, process, and post client invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bills comply with ethical standards, client guidelines, and firm billing policies.
- Work closely with billing attorneys to implement client billing requirements.
- Conduct detailed audits of client bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with attorneys, staff, and clients to resolve billing-related queries.
- Support the collection of accounts receivable and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
- Balance excellent client service with adherence to firm policies and procedures.
- Contribute to billing process improvements and support wider finance projects.
- A progressive, driven Biller looking to take on more responsibility, study further, or eventually build and lead a team; or
- A strong, reliable Biller who thrives in the role itself and wants a firm that will grow their career around their strengths.
- Experience in legal billing or professional services billing.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and financial systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with attorneys and clients.
