International Talent Acquisition Projects Specialist
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Process Excellence
- Coordinate and manage global TA projects, monitoring milestones, risks, and deliverables including building and maintaining accurate project reports and dashboards.
- Support the implementation and embedding of best-practice processes across the full TA lifecycle including critical projects such as EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Ensure compliance with established governance frameworks and reporting standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and help measure TA performance.
- Create and deliver engaging communications that drive adoption and behavioural change.
- Support the rollout, optimisation, and adoption of TA technologies such as Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter & Insights.
- Facilitate and deliver training, ensuring smooth integration with broader HR systems.
- Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operating models across multiple countries.
- Work closely with TA teams, HR Business Partners, and external partners across jurisdictions to support effective project delivery including managing ad-hoc niche / confidential recruitment when needed.
- Monitoring agency usage and assisting in managing relationships with third-party vendors including assessing service delivery and ensuring compliance with SLAs and governance requirements.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and TA technology platforms.
- Experience in coordinating or delivering projects within Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple global priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience producing insights from data and reporting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a role which will face ambiguity at times.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
